How do we do it?
We design and implement operational models that incorporate the principles of the circular economy. Initially, we conduct an analysis of the regulatory context, the sectoral* materiality and the business opportunities focused on the circular economy. Based on a subsequent internal diagnosis, we understand the current initiatives and projects to be able to make a Gap analysis with regard to their level of ambition. Next, we define priority opportunities and initiatives based on the highest value generation within the entire supply chain.
Once the strategic lines of action have been prioritized, we guarantee the actionability of the circular economy plan by establishing a roadmap and a governance model suitable for its proper management.
