About the role
We are looking for a Sustainability and Impact Strategic Consultant to take on a high-impact role within our growing team. You will work directly with senior leaders at leading organizations, driving strategic projects that reshape how businesses create and capture value.
Your core responsibilities will include leading strategic engagements focused on business model transformation, developing rigorous quantitative analyses and strategic frameworks to support high-stakes client decisions, owning the design and delivery of client-facing deliverables and presentations, coordinating and mentoring a team of analysts, and contributing to business development through proposal writing and client relationship management.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in strategic consulting, with a strong track record in corporate strategy, growth strategy, and/or business model transformation.
A degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
The successful candidate will be highly analytical, commercially astute, and capable of performing effectively in fast-paced, high- performance environments. They will communicate with clarity and confidence, both in writing and in client-facing contexts, and will be fluent in English.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is expected.
